Model of DSB QG livestock van built at Scandia in 1896-1913, in handbrake version. The QG vans were livestock-carrying sub-type of the small Q-type wagons. The small Q-type were all built with a 12ft (3,66m) wheelbase, following British practice at the time.The type was utilised for the transportation of all types of livestock but mainly pigs, cattle and horses. DSB operated a fleet of 928 QG cars.
